Sidlan API
Sidlan Application Programming Interface (API) is a secured interface for accessing the structured data from the PRDP's Management Information System. The return values can be requested as a CSV file or a json data. For data security, a valid api key is required as one of the parameters in the URI of the API. This key can be requested through the Sidlan app

| Parameters | Description |
|---|---|
| dataset_id |
To optimize processing efficiency, I-BUILD-related data are organized into distinct datasets, each identified by a unique dataset_id. This allows users to retrieve only the relevant subset of data based on their needs. Refer to the list below for the available dataset_id values along with their corresponding attributes.

The API allows users to specify their preferred response format. For this particular API, the user can select one of the output formats available: a CSV file or JSON data. For the specific value for this parameter, copy only one of the following:
csv json

| cluster |
The PRDP operates across all 16 regions of the Philippines, which are grouped into four (4) clusters, each comprising the following regions: 1. Luzon A
Luzon B
Visayas
Mindanao
You can select only one cluster as value of the parameter. However, if you opt to call all clusters, you can assign the value all to the cluster parameter. |

Infrastructure subprojects have to undergo the project implementation cycle with different stages. These stages are grouped into 2 - pipelined and approved.
pipelined consists of subprjects under 'Subproject proposal validated', 'FS/DED and Safeguard requirements prepared and packaged', 'RPCO clearance for appraisal issued', 'SPA conducted (Depending on treshold)', 'SPAR issued (Depending on treshold)', 'JTR conducted (as applicable)', 'RPAB clearance issued (Depending on treshold)', 'Subproject approved by RPAB', 'RPAB resolution and POW with no objection submitted by RPCO and STEP approved'. approved consists of subprjects under 'Subproject Issued with No Objection Letter 1 (NOL 1)', 'procurement', 'construction', 'completed'. If you wish to retrieve all subprojects regardless of their status, assign the value all to the group_status parameter. |
